Jacketed Kettle Classifications

According to the different structure, heating mode and demand,jacketed kettle can be divided into the following several types.
☞ Structure: tilting jacketed kettle and vertical jacketed kettle.
☞ Heating mode: electric heating jacketed kettle, steam heating jacketed kettle and gas heating jacketed kettle.
☞ Process need: jacketed kettle with agitating and jacketed kettle without agitating.


Brief Introduction of Several Kinds of Jacketed Kettle

Tilt-type agitating jacketed kettle: uses steam as heating source. Material mixing are made of stainless steel, has features of scraping bottom and edge, nonstick skillet, without stirring dead.
Electric heating jacketed kettle: uses electric as the heat source, interlayer is equipped with heating rods, thermocouple and heat conduction oil (self-made), can reach 320 degrees. It is controlled by electronic control box, equipped with automatic temperature control system.
Vertical agitating jacketed kettle: uses steam as heating mode, which is also named vertical steam heating double-layer cauldron. usually composed of pot and hold feet, and the pot is the double layer structure formed by inside and outside spherical pot, middle layer can add steam to steam heating.
Tilting jacketed kettle: is consisting of pan, plank, worm wheel and worm. The pan can turn within 180°, so it is easy for taking out the material. The equipment can configure the mixing system according to different craft demand.
